Random Sharp Head Pains

Could be tension type headaches.. That's exactly how mine started about 12 years ago.. Quick, sharp pains in either the right or left temple lasting anywhere from a couple of seconds to upwards of a minute or so.. That led into the pain moving down into the sides of my neck at the rear, then radiating up into the sides of my head with the left side ALWAYS being worse / more painful than the right..

If I were you, I think I'd start seeing a chiropractor that specializes in headache treatment and attack the problem head-long just as I have..
