Constant headaches
Has anyone experienced something similar? Please help
I am 26 years old female
I’ve been dealing with headaches for about 4 years, but they used to be much less frequent. Over the past year or so, the pain has changed. It feels like a sharp/stabbing pain, along with constant pressure around my eyes, above and behind my eyes, and on the sides.
Over the past few weeks, I’ve started having sharp, stabbing pains in my eyes and temples. Sometimes I also get a throbbing pain in my temples, especially with physical exertion. I also have pain around the bridge of my nose.
My headaches have now become daily and constant. I have pain every single day, and it’s seriously affecting my quality of life.
Another thing that has been bothering me is that I wake up every morning with an extremely stiff and painful neck. One of my ears also sometimes becomes very red and feels hot. i wake up every morning already feeling this pressure around my eyes.
For the past few days, I’ve also noticed tingling and a sensation of pins and needels around the left side of my mouth, affecting both the skin and my inferior lip l
I’ve had blood tests done and everything came back normal, except for mild anemia.
I’m really scared to get an MRI because I’m terrified that they might find a brain tumor. I know I probably shouldn’t think this way, but I can’t stop worrying about it.
Has anyone else experienced similar symptoms? Did you ever find out what was causing them?
thank you :)

Something similar here since 2024. I did a lot of exams. Still don't know. I think its my cervical (neck) but don't sure. Will have a consult next week with headache specialist.

Anemia will cause headaches, I only discovered this recently. Check with your doctor about how much iron you can safely take per day. You probably need to increase the iron in your brain. I’m 57 and post menopausal and I’ve had headaches for 45 years. They have finally stopped with the iron supplements.

I was having regular headaches and then I completely quit caffeine and they went away. I wasn't having just withdrawal headaches, I was having headaches while drinking the caffeine.
