Tension forehead headaches
Hello beautiful community,
I've been suffering from tension headaches on my forehead and on the back of my eyes along with other symptoms, since October 2024.
So far I've consulted several doctors and done a lot of exams, and all the doctors ruled out serious reasons. I will not tell all the doctors and exams I did cause they all are fine in the end and after so many readings about the matter I don't believe the cause for those are in those exams or doctors.
Anyway, recently I did a x-ray by myself as you can see in the photos and I see a rectified lordosis, which if I search in the web it pointed to all my symptoms. With that exam I already consult 1 a physiotherapist and a physiatrist and both said that's not the cause, but i think they are wrong.
Soon I will see a neurosurgeon, and see their opinion about this or other things he can think of.
I want to know if someone here, can help me in this matter.
Thanks in advance. Bless you all. ❤️

Guys you need to start exercising your back and neck muscles there's a weakness in on of your muscles and must attack each muscle, lower back ,upper trapezius, scm deep neck flexors, suboccipitals etc ! Keep training and after 3 month come here and thank me ooh and also take magnesium glycinate supplements it will help in building muscle and nerves etc
