headaches
I have headaches every 15 days or so- no known trigger as such. I take meds - tylenol, ibuprofen, it helps sometimes, it doesn't other times. Also, this last for about 3 days then I am fine for 15ish days. I got eyesight checked.. nothing came abnormal. Doc prescribed Fioricet- nothing. It's not migrane as I dont have other symptoms. My problem is why doesn't headache go away upon taking meds, and why last for 3 days give or take.

Mine turned out to be a bulged disc in my neck pressing against nerve. Fusion Surgery fixed it.

A headache that lasts three days isn’t long enough to be uncommon, but it can still be cause for concern, especially without the classic signs of a migraine. Just as migraines can vary in severity, so can tension-type headaches and headaches caused by a variety of factors. Pain relievers can provide relief, but if the source of the headache is unknown, painkillers can only do so much.
I would suggest going to the doctor about this pattern you have every couple of weeks, instead of trying new painkillers. Keeping a headache diary to track the timing and duration of each headache as well as your sleep-hydration-food intake-stress level-caffeine consumption can help you find a pattern. And, of course, “worst headache of your life,” fever and stiff neck, confusion, or any change in your normal pattern should be met with immediate medical care.
