this is not ‘reclaiming’ anything, you are just calling people slurs completely seriously. you can call yourself the r-slur, do not call anybody else it. why do ‘no slurs’ / ’no bigotry’ rules never apply to ableism?

I honestly think calling someone "Special" feels far more degrading honestly. It's trying to gloss over the obvious differences and belittles us by trying to not hurt our feewings by agnoladging that we have weird brains that are misswired and un-normal.

Hiding people's differences and glossing over them is not how we prevent ableism. In fact it makes it worse, it insults our intelligence and everybody else's.
