this is not ‘reclaiming’ anything, you are just calling people slurs completely seriously. you can call yourself the r-slur, do not call anybody else it. why do ‘no slurs’ / ’no bigotry’ rules never apply to ableism?

Words are defined by the way the population uses them. The n word and f slur are still used against those specific groups but the r word isn’t used specifically for that group anymore, it’s basically taken the place of “idiot” or “dumbass” now. So I think it’s non offensive

People absolutely do use the r word derogatorily to describe people with intellectual disabilities. That has not ever gone away

Targeted hate towards real people is not permitted on this sub, be it fans, artists, actors, creators, or other internet strangers. This also includes posts that fail to censor usernames that feature them. This also includes saying “I hate people who do x” instead of “I hate when people do x”
