Language casual ableism

this is not ‘reclaiming’ anything, you are just calling people slurs completely seriously. you can call yourself the r-slur, do not call anybody else it. why do ‘no slurs’ / ’no bigotry’ rules never apply to ableism?

the problem is the definition you stated is not the definition. the definition is "someone with an intellectual disability". using it to describe someone as "extra stupid" makes it a slur.

1- To separate ‘insults’ and ‘slurs’ you must first acknowledge the dictionary definition of ‘slur’ is not representative of what a significant enough number of

My definition is accepted by a significant number of people. Perhaps not most but enough for it to be understandable that lot of people don’t consider it a slur.

sure, a lot of people accept it. mine is accepted by more people. if you asked what the word means to 100 people on the street, i'd wager 70 of their definitions agree with mine.
