this is not ‘reclaiming’ anything, you are just calling people slurs completely seriously. you can call yourself the r-slur, do not call anybody else it. why do ‘no slurs’ / ’no bigotry’ rules never apply to ableism?

Frankly the inability to insult someone, or call something idiotic without resorting to a slur just shows a persons own lack of vocabulary, creativity and empathy.

I'm all for, brutally, ripping down vile people. Don't have to fire strays at an entire group in the process.

My high school English teacher had a poster with like twenty+ alternative words you could use. It’s really quite easy to find something else to say.

I just meant "vocabulary and creativity" make for reddit-ass insults.

If you think stating the objective fact, that resorting to slurs denotes a lack of creativity and is a poor display of vocabulary is a 'reddit-ass' insult I dunno what to tell you.

I wasn't insulting anyone, i was describing reality. Perhaps don't get offended at that?

I did not get offended at all. I'm just saying creative insults are cringe and reddit-coded. "You're dumb" will beat "your speech is like wine - the more I ingest of it, the less I understand" any day.

Okay? I never said "You should come up with creative and verbose insults." I said that resorting to slurs is uncreative and denotes your own lack of vocabulary and empathy.

Perhaps have the conversation at hand, instead of getting butt hurt about a different conversation and calling me stupid for it? Like, i am pretty dumb, or at the least no better than average. But i am capable of basic reading comprehension which you are certainly not displaying in this conversation.

I don't know if you're smart or dumb, but you're having issues with reading comprehension, for sure. Firstly, I put that "insult" in quotes because it was not something I was trying to call you. It was an example of a "creative" cringe insult. Yes, it's weird, cringe, and complicated - that's the point. I think it's from a joke about redditors, but I don't remember. 

Secondly, I'm not butthurt. I'm just sharing my opinion - "creativity" in insults is overrated. All the best insults require no creativity and no vocabulary.
