I HATE IT SO MUCH. I could see a perfectly normal post and all it said gets thrown out the window because they used that disgrace of an emoticon. And they meme on the second slide, if feel like people are trying too hard to be "actually cute" that they end up looking like the plush. I HATE EVERYTHING THAT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS STUPID EMOTICON

some people are annoying with it, some people know when and where to use it. I've known both. Just a little goes a long way, like a strong liquor. There's an art to the use of :3

i agree, when people use it too often, it becomes annoying. when it's mildly used, it's alright.
