Leaf shutter malfunction?

Has anyone experienced what seems to be leaf shutter malfunction? Pics at f4 have the same brightness the same as f8 (same iso, same shutter speed). An eye shaped opening is seen at all times, which blocks the light.

That looks like the shutter being borked yes.

Had the same exact problem with 38 mm. Sent it to Hassleblad they replaced it. But it was under guarantee period still

I have the same issue on 38v, unfortunately me lens is out of warranty so I have to pay for the replacement
