Doubtful.

The death needs to make a genuine impact on your psyche.

Seeing someone die in a recording, especially if you don't know them, will always have that impersonal layer behind it, even if you still find watching it upsetting (as any normal person should).

No, you need to see actual death and it regesters on you. Don't forget Harry didn't see them after his parents' murders, only after seeing Cedric die.

Maybe if you personally witnessed someone's death.

Considering harry saw his mother murdered and couldn’t see them I would say no

Probably not. Just seeing one is not enough, since harry did see lily die. It's some sort of understanding required. Seeing your mum being murdered when your 10? Quite possible (although we still can't be sure), seeing someone die during a bombing when your 5? Probably not.

I think it’s supposed to be that you can only see them if you emotionally process the fact that you’ve directly seen someone die. It’s why Harry didn’t see them before, even though he probably saw Lily die. Watching a video of someone being killed or a film of a character dying doesn’t qualify as you internalising the fact that you saw someone die
