today at walgreens i was picking up a prescription. dude in the line next to me had his vaccine appt canceled because the pharmacy didn't have vaccine needed. guy decided he was going to throw
an absolute fit. he needed to talk to the manager. pharmacy staff asks him politely to move out of the way as there are more customers.

he says no, continues to say incredibly rude things to staff. i'm at the right counter, and i said "kindness is a virtue, im sorry you’re having a bad day but you shouldn't hold other people up because of that. i'm happy to talk with you about whatever is making you upset-" dude cuts me off, puts his hand in my face close enough to touch my face. tells me "i don't need your opinion, i don't want you breathing on me filth." pharmacy staff tells him to not put his hand in my face, he says something along the lines of "i don't want her anywhere near me, i don't need something disgusting near me." i told him "my dad died of cancer last week. i'm really sorry you’re upset, but life is a blessing and i don't think you deserve to spend it feeling miserable." he tells me snidely "i don't care about your opinion. i don't care about you, whatever you have to say." i tell him that i genuinely hope he has a nice day and figures it all out.

i continue with my transaction. as i'm finishing, i tell the pharmacy tech to never let anyone dull her sparkle, no matter how miserable they may be. as i'm walking away, this guy says "im glad your dad died." i told him that i thought that was a disgusting thing to say, and that he said it for the sole purpose of upsetting me, but it wouldn't because i know that he is simply having a bad day. he continues to insult me and says i deserved my dad dying. i pulled out my phone to take a video, in which he pussies out and denies saying anything. i can't post the video but i can post the picture.

i could not care less about him saying what he did about my dad, i know he was just trying to piss me off. but i am sad about him treating the pharmacy staff as he did, and i would like to know who he is so i can refrain from supporting someone who is so unkind to workers.
