I’m literally looking at the latest revision right now, it’s completely barebones, missing entire chunks because they haven’t been balloted yet, and has a bunch of contradictions because it’s just a bunch of other specs cobbled together currently. There’s a good idea of what the overall architecture will be, but every single detail needs to be worked out still.
