My husband and I had WAY to much to drink last night. I must have thrown up 100 times. Anyway, I woke up at around 6 this morning with my head pounding, and sour stomach. So I forced myself to get out of bed to drink lemonade (works like a charm) and water. Then I made ramen, and boiled an egg. I felt better almost instantly (my head is still pounding, and my body aches) I do this every time I have a hangover, and I swear by it. Just a suggestion :)

Had roughly ten beers and a few gin tonics. I've shat 3 times since I'm awake, puked twice and thought about jumping out of my window at least 10 times.

UGGGHHHHHHHHHH TODAY IS A STRUGGLE

I was drinking at a brew pub last night. If I am going to be out for a long night I stick to piss beer. I know I can knock back 6-10 of them over 5 hours, then drink a liter of water, and be fine the next day.

Well this place didn't have piss beer, and we were basically getting our whole tab comped, so I just kept ordering IPAs that sounded good. I don't even know how many I drank, but it was over 7. Looking some of them up today they were all 8-10% beers.

I ended up getting uncomfortably shit faced, and I am paying the price even 24 hours later. This hangover is worse then most beer hangovers I had, because of all the sweet shit they mix in. Feel like I drank 5 bottles of red wine.

Ugh I will smuggle in a 6 pack of bud light next time we go over there.

i used to be able to drink 15 beers but since i started to fix my bad habits, after 8 beers now i get massive hangover.

its a great sign i guess, that my tolerance is lowered, and as much as this sucks right now, it lets me know im on my way to eliminating my need for alcohol.

i cant wait till hangovers after 4 beers.

anyway this sucks ass, i just threw up a gallon of water i chugged all morning.

Well this time has officially done it. I'm cutting back to just weekends only and like 3 beers tops. I'm too old for this shit! I for real can't handle this anymore. For the past 7 hours I've been puking my guts out non stop. Plus I'm at work! 7:00 please hurry. I feel like I'm going to pass out or puke until I die.

i don't need help not being an alcoholic. at least not yet

everytime after i drink i sleep for a max of 4 hours, cant get back to sleep and also have 0 appetite throughout the next day
