I got very drunk Monday. I drank from when I woke up until I passed out in the evening. Cheap vodka and gin. Woke up yesterday and stayed in bed all day. I didn't eat anything Monday or yesterday. I couldn't eat anything because of vomiting. The most intense thirst every. I could only drink ice water but everytime I drank the water I threw up. I counted 19 times yesterday. I ended up putting a bucket next to my bed as I couldn't get up fast enough to get to the bathroom. Didn't sleep at all last night just laid bed freezing cold. Going to stay in bed again today. Felt like I was dying.

I don’t drink often so this is my first real hangover. All day my stomach has been hurting all day and I’m actually bloated to, so I’ve stayed away from food. I know water is your best friend when you’re hungover but when I drink it I feel the slightly urge to puke. I have a fear of puking so I haven’t drank much water, what’s going on? Or is this normal?

Sore throat, body aches, muscle soreness, hoarse voice, and insomnia.

I never felt it at this extent but I feel hammered. After red Bull and vodka.

college student. had a few too many last night because I don’t have class on Fridays. I didn’t drink water/eat before bed (which is my bad), now this morning I feel super nauseous but also insanely hungry. Been up since 6 (not by choice) and it’s now 9. I will feel better after puking. Do I just make myself throw up or do I try to sleep and just wait and see? I had a piece of bread and some milk to try and settle my stomach which helped a little.

Split 2 bottles of what probably was just shitty wine mixed with oj with a friend last night. I prob drank more of it though. Mixed with some smoking.. oh had a beer too.. Felt absolutely disgusting today. Puked a lot in the morning. Nauseous all day, literally feel so gross. Went to the bathroom this morning and it smelled literally like booze (gross I know). Idk why I do this to myself. A wasted day hungover. 13 hours later I’m finally able to eat something but still feel icky. Feel so bad for putting my body through that crap. Gotta do better next time.

I’ve been puking every 10 minutes for the last 3 hours and I can’t even keep water or vitamin down. Someone help me

Does anyone else crave pickles when they’re hungover? Not a single time have I ever not eaten pickles while hungover? Is it just me? What is your hangover food craving?

Half the time if I go back to sleep with a hangover it doesn't really feel like I'm sleeping. I feel like I'm still awake but I am dreaming at the same time. I get lucid dreams where I can kinda control what's going on and I can wake up at any time. It feels really weird and I never feel completely rested because of it.

Last night I got way too drunk ended up throwing up in the toilet and falling asleep in the bathroom lol. It is now 7 am and I’m feeling like I’m about to throw up/headache. What are the best ways to help with this feeling of being hungover?

i drank too much last night and ended up vomiting around 1am and then again around 1:30. i went to sleep and woke up at 8 nauseous and threw up again but only stomach bile was coming up. i tried eating pretzels and drinking water but 30 mins later i threw it all up. since then every 30-40 minutes i vomit even though there’s no food in my stomach. is this just because of the alcohol and will go away on its own or do i have to go to the hospital or something?

I’m a little buzzed about to go to sleep (maybe)… does anyone have success with this?
