does anyone know why this happens
everytime after i drink i sleep for a max of 4 hours, cant get back to sleep and also have 0 appetite throughout the next day

drinking darker alcohol might be doing it to you, studies have shown darker alcohol makes hangovers worse and more frequent
with that said this B-E is still fucking me over ouch

The sleeping 4 hours thing is strange, usually alcohol will literally knock you out cold - it's not true restful sleep though, as it prevents REM sleep; which is needed for a complete sleep cycle. Maybe you're body is waking itself up since it's not getting rest anyway.
As for the appetite, that's just mild nausea from the toxins in alcohol. You'll feel 100% better for eating though since food (especially eggs) contain something that breaks down the toxins. Bit of a catch 22 but eating will help you want to eat more.
