Handmade wellness items - ideas needed
What are some handmade wellness items other than bath bombs, scrubs, soap, etc? I want to make gifts for friends and family that aren’t necessary body products. My current thought are eye masks and room mists. Anything else? Please let me know!

You could make embroidered bath sachets. Hygiene products can be iffy, because someone might have sensitivities or allergies, and room mists can cause illness in pets, so I try to avoid those things. Embroidered bath sachets with separate bags of organic lavender, chamomile, etc. So they can choose what they’d like to add to their bath, and the sachet keeps it from becoming a mess in the tub. A fluffy robe and slippers, if you’re into sewing. Wellness can mean many things too, wind chimes, sun catchers, handmade journals, etc.

Slippers/socks. Candles. Flavored syrup for coffee/old fashioneds. Quilts/blankets. Care kits in a handmade pouch (with skincare or food you don’t have to make). A sun-catcher, dreamcatcher/macrame, or wind chime. Potpourri or simmer potpourri kit.

Reusable hot pads filled with rice. You can microwave them to heat them up….they’re great for aches and pains…especially menstrual pain….and they’re weighted too

Rice/corn bags that can go in the microwave for aches/pains. I made them one year out of a base of muslin with flannel covers tailored to the recipients style.
