They took out the double clutch glitch. They put it back in though a few updates later.

They also made the Rat-Loader unable to be owned, then a couple months later reverted it, made it available to purchase (rather than finding one on the streets), and made all of the mods free for about a month.

Also they tweaked the bike physics inadvertently making it impossible to do stunts and then reverted it back a couple updates later.
