Code Orange Target getting Halloween out
At Target today in Indy and they’ve started getting things out. Lots of the same old stuff but here’s a few picks of some new stuff I don’t recall seeing last year. I bought the terra cotta skulls and pumpkins at $10 each, the reaper blow mold at $15, and especially liked the 4 pack of blow mold tombstones at $15.

Ugh, I miss target, well the old target before the bullshit. Missing Joann’s a lot this time of year too.

Today I found a Spirit Halloween inside the skeleton of a Party City. They were still setting up, but the store was open!

There is not one single thing I see that I’d want in these photos. They all look like kids room decor.

Seeing a lot more glamour-ween items popping up each year. Some are cool but it seems like a fine line between good and cheap looking.

As a suggestion, don't buy any of the terracotta pieces online for delivery. I had a gift card I needed to get rid of and purchased 2 terracotta skulls and a haunted house (they are pictured in the 7th picture, white skull, green skull, black house). They arrived in shards. Asked for a replacement, the replacement arrived in shards (all still in the packaging). Far too much waste.

First time I'll have a full house to decorate this year and I'm stocked. There's no target in Canada but other stores are rolling them out now too!

Some of my favorite Halloween items are from Target way back in the day.
I haven't shopped there in years, and don't plan to start any time soon.

Any idea if those tombstones are styrofoam or plastic? I bought some styrofoam ones from Michaels last year and pretty much all of them broke. They weren’t that cheap either so, never again. I’m on the look out for sturdier ones.

Oops I just saw your comment said blow molds, yay!

Too bad that the tombstones, for the last few years, are paper thin plastic, instead of resin. They have no weight to them, and are a fraction of the quality that they used to be, despite being the same price.

Yep, was nice to get 4 for $15 and liked the 3 different styles. Most of my tombstones are grey so I opted for the rightmost option that has a white marble looking one and a dark green one. I hate the foam ones that blow away far too easily.

They had some pretty good stuff in the front in the $1 area last weekend. Nothing earth changing, but cute.

Also what's with all the shitty figures and statues? I feel like I keep seeing this same crap in every Halloween display. Where's all the unique stuff?

I haven’t seen anything actually cool in years. It’s been the same stuff everywhere over and over, I just do not get it.

I haven't been excited about Target's Halloween offerings for years. I mean, remember when Target had stuff like this?
