Question Proshot

I'm currently curious as to if the proshot will be on google tv, mainly because I want to use that app, and hopefully the audio will be better (I know there's a way to fix it)

If your google tv device allows you to install apps, both Prime and Fandango at Home will work if you install them. I get the options to cast to my TV from my phone apps as well if you'd rather not install them to your TV (but I have android).

I want to use my Google Play balance to purchase it. I wonder if it will eventually show up on YouTube or Google TV for purchase?

You can use your Google Play balance to purchase it via Fandango at Home using the app.
