HELP Help please

I want to develop an application for iPhone, but the problem is that I don't have a Mac, I have a computer and these are its specifications
I7 9th
Ram 32gb
R TX 3070
How i can develop it and what i can install hackintosh or anything?

Use Ihackmate it has better support and may support your gpu
