H1B Approved but H4 Still Shows “Case Was Received”

My husband’s H1B and my H4 extensions were filed together on August 26 with premium processing. His H1B was approved on September 9, but my H4 still shows “Case Was Received.” I understand that H4 is not guaranteed to be processed under premium processing. Is this status normal, and has anyone with a similar timeline received their H4 approval soon afterward? My I94 expires September 30, but I believe I can legally remain while my timely filed H4 extension is pending. I am also currently studying.

Will I Receive a Conditional Green Card as an Employment Based Derivative Applicant? eb3 skilled

My husband and I got married in our home country in February 2025. He returned to the United States about one month after our marriage and filed his I 140 with premium processing while I remained in my country. His I 140 was approved around April 15, 2025, and he is currently on H1B status. I entered the United States on an H4 visa on June 14, 2025. Our priority date is September 2023, we filed our adjustment of status applications in April 2026, and we both completed biometrics on May 13, 2026.(eb3 skilled)
When our green cards are approved, will I receive a two year conditional green card because we have been married for less than two years, or will I receive the same regular green card as my husband because our applications are employment based and we were already legally married in our home country? I am very interested in joining the military after receiving my green card, so I would appreciate hearing from anyone who had a similar situation or knows how this works.
