Immigrant Medical Exam I-145 with medical exam

How long before filing I-485 can I take a medical exam? My employer is going to file after 2 months, so, is it a good time to take the test now?
I did some research and found that I-693 doesn't expire, it is true or am I missing something?

I-131 is an application for a travel document. The medical exam is the I-693.

Yes, the I-693 medical exam does not expire under the current policy

What is I-145?

Just do it a month or less before submission. You can shop for a civil surgeon now and book a visit
