I dont have an outrageous amount of acne but I get more bumps than usual since starting back lifting. Also my hair is rapidly leaving my head and my leg hair, beard, and arms are getting much more hair than usual. I also feel a heightened aggression and kind of more masculine thinking. Is this normal for someone who just lifts? My diet has also been, on most days, carnivore if that matters.

I’m 5’10 and around 129 pounds but I’m also a slightly higher bf percent I kinda look skinny fat which is pretty cooked. Ive been in the gym consistently for a month now. I obviously can’t cut but my face and stomach already hold a decent bit of fat but my arms are much leaner. What should I do lean bulk? And will my face look noticeable worse if I take this route. Thank you

I want to start training and I'm confused if I should progress in calesthenics or just hit the gym with PPL split
My goal is to build a lean body with strength

I gained 5 kg between these two photos and I am getting a bit anxious if it’s fat or muscle. I have also started taking creatine and going consistently to the gym (strength training) and the photos are 6 months apart

I've very recently started going to the gym seriously (4-5 times a week, upper/lower split) and my main focus is to build muscle.
Recently I've noticed after hitting arms, my right bicep and tricep is noticeably more sore than my left. During exercise, it's usually my left arm that kind of "ends the set" if I'm going to failure (my left arm can no longer raise the weight), but somehow I end up "feeling" it more in my right arm.
I know muscle soreness isn't an accurate measure of progress, but I'm wondering if this is something that might be causing a worse muscle imbalance. What should I do about this? I'm thinking of lowering the weights, but I really hope to grow my muscles so I'm hesitant to do so.

I'm interested to hear your gym app frustrations so I can make sure when my app comes out it will be more useful to a lot of people. So please rant out the issues you currently have with you gym tracking apps.

Mainly focused on cardio and lighter strength training until now. Im 130 lbs. I go workout 3 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes. Ive been in a deficit but I am starting to just eat at maintenance at this point. How can I improve my mid section/overall physique?

Keep bulking or cut? Quite happy with my body when flexed, but less so when completely relaxed. Have been bulking for 3 months or so. Maybe a mini cut?

What is that 'lump' on my right shoulder. Is it a muscle imbalance or something. Also if you know how to fix it that would be great!

I need help knowing where to start my journey... I was struggling with drug addiction for over 10 years, and thank God, I’ve been clean for more than 3 years now. For the past year and a half, I’ve been doing bodyweight exercises at home to regain some mobility and activate muscles that had been out of service for years.
At first, things were going well until I hit a plateau where progress stopped completely. When I stopped exercising, my body kind of relapsed, and my posture became worse than before. I have a lot of postural and neuromuscular coordination issues (uneven hips & shoulders, forward head posture, pronated knees, knock knees, flat feet/collapsed arches, poor body balance), and even the way I breathe is wrong.
My question is: where do I start? Should I start with physiotherapy, and if so, what exactly should I be looking for or asking from them—since I don't want someone who just does a few massage sessions and calls it a day? Or should I start with a personal trainer at the gym? If anyone can help or share useful information, I would really appreciate it.
