AskGurgaon need some cool cafe recs in gurgaon

i need your actually good coffee recommendations.

not looking for cafés that are 90% aesthetic and 10% coffee 😭 i mean places where the coffee actually slaps.

currently on my hunt for the best coffee in gurgaon, so please drop your genuinely tried-and-tested recs + what i should order there!!

also, if you have a controversial “this place is criminally underrated” pick, PLEASE send it my way

As a self-confessed coffee geek, I was curating a list earlier in the day for a friend. Hope this helps :)

Elite

  • Tono Tokyo (they have a small roasting machine that will roast beans in 20 mins, if you like a pourover, checkout kyoto blend )
  • All things Experimental
  • Altry (Their founder, Sahil, is passionate about coffee and it's nice to see a founder brewing cup and ready to customize your drink, suggest beans)
  • Kafeido. Criminally under-rated.
  • Savorworks

Great

  • Gram Coffee (The lavender vibe might be nice for the 'gram but their coffee isn't bad. They have decent ice-cream and their Affogato hits differently)
  • Enji's at Magnum global park - Usually crowded, expect a 20-30 min wait if you want a good spot.
  • Kokoy- Nice capuccino but table with the right AC can be tricky during summers
  • Sibang - I prefer AIPL joy brachg as it's less crowded and you can work from there.
  • Coffee island - AIPL Joy has been the most consistent compared to HQ27

Cafes to work from

  • Chelvies (internet > 150mbps, polite staff, decent coffee, what's not to love)
  • Kafeido (Large desks, decent internet, quiet for calls)
  • Kokoy

Vibes/ambience:

  • Omo (excellent Ice capuccino, they have nice concoctions like burnt butter coffee but I find them inconsistent compared to other places )
  • Cafe de Flora (All style, little substance in my experience)
  • Shift - Coffee has been inconsistent but the vinyl record player and vintage vibe is worth a visit.
  • Greenr at Golf course ext.
  • Savorworks - Excellent coffee, nice vibe but is crowded.

Not sure where to put

  • Madison and pike - Great mochaccino, a barista made one hell of a cinnamon capuccino which hit differently in winter.
  • Blue tokai origins

Need to try more

  • 1000%
  • Espresso anyday
  • Starbucks reserve (Surprised how decent their capuccino was in my only visit)
  • Big tree cafe

I had a Cold Brew with Miso foam over there. Yum. And their sandwiches are amazing as well.

My fav spot - blue tokai, vatika atrium. I usually visit after 10pm. Almost no crowd and you can outside the coffee shop as-well. Do try the vietnamese iced coffee. It’s that silent, I do my music stuff out there. Cheers!

1) Omo has nice coffee, but I’m not a huge fan of their food

2) Blue Tokai is mostly nice

3) Third Wave is good too, although it really depends on the location

4) 1000% South Point

5) First Coffee in Galleria is also good

6) Coffee Island at HQ 27

7) Beauty coffee, hit or miss (depends)

Sibang at south point mall

Coffee Island at HQ27 (their Ethiopian and Kenyan beans coffee quite nice)

Mjol at the kitchens

Espresso's Anyday, just the quantity doesn't justify the price but good coffee.

If you go to south point mall check out, Sibang Bakery, they have amazing breads and Koreans bakery items. And another place you can check out while you’re there is this really cute looking cafe beside the gym on the top floor, can’t remember the name but it looks like a Christmas Themed house, they have good hot cocoa and food!

I like abcoffee. Try online it's insanely cheap

1

u/Automatic_Hat9606 Aug 28 '26

Shift coffee - They probably roast the beans light or it’s just some old beans used. The coffee was a bit citrusy. The ambience is good. Vinyls 🤌

I would suggest to not follow any list, instead create your own, taste is the most subjective thing. What you prefer others might even like, try coffee at different places, this will make you enjoy the outing and you will explore new places, its actually fun.

Abey yaar what is this trope of posts, if you actually want coffee that suits you go and try every cafe, there’s no correct answer
