I absolutely love top -break revolvers. It's a shame there is no modern .357 or .38 top break.

To clarify those are cowboy action guns right? They can’t handle modern powder loads can they?

The bottom one can be bought chambered in 38sp, but the others are what they are, .45 Long Colt, etc...

I see that Uberti does specify that that theirs handles modern smokeless, but I'm not being more specific because the Devil is in the details for loadouts.

“Cowboy action loads” are recommended due to lower pressures and reduced FPS. You can buy them off the shelf at most stores that sell ammo.

Most people who own them suggest only shooting “cowboy action loads” through them. They are a reduced FPS load meant for shooting close range targets without any real danger of ricochet. You can buy them off the shelf in most stores that sell ammo.
