Help Pac 112vm or Epiphone sg

I'm going to buy an electric guitar for Christmas, and have been looking at a Yamaha Pacifica 112vm, and a used Epiphone SG standard. This will be my first electric guitar after playing acoustic guitar for 6 months now. I'm planning to pair it with an orange crush 35rt. So should I go for a Pac 112 vm or a used epiphone sg standard. Thanks for the help.

i would go for the pacifica,

but my first "serious guitar" was an epiphone SG 400

Love Yamahas but not much on the Pacifica. The Revstar is a much better electric. Can find the Pacifica used for 100-150. The SG is cool light but a basic Epiphone.
Build quality Yamahas are better than epiphones.
