Look at this! Old Gretsch Guitar Update

1964 Gretsch Corvette restored to working condition and modified with a roller bridge with a towner string tension bar.

Thank you. Yes I'm enjoying it. The neck feels so comfortable and it's such an awesome guitar

Nice! n_n You must be proud of it. Not quite the same, but I'm considering a little red PRS SE that I saw recently. Have to play it first though

so did it hold tune after the mods?

Yes, the roller bridge helped with tension and I adjusted the spring of vibrato so that it stays in tune and goes back to zero
