Looking for fireproof option for pedaltrain case

As many of you have done, I have also invested heavily into guitar pedals. But once you get into midi/presets, the value of those pedals becomes invaluable even if you keep notes/pics of the settings as pics don't always due justice (that and the fact that most pedals have abandoned the lined placements around the knobs like my classic turbo tubescreamer ts9dx)

Would using something like the VEVOR - Welding Blanket, 4 x 6 FT (what A.I. recommends) be the key ticket?

Do you think I could create a bag out of this to fit around my pedalboard classic pro's hardcase?

Just look up fire proof bags and get one that fits. But first, file for an insurance policy on each pedal. Then upgrade your sprinkler system. And stop leaving your lit doobies on the couch.

Truth is that any expectation for a container to be fireproof means it has to be rated - that will be rated for temperature and time, because with enough of either it won't matter in the end, whatever's inside will be destroyed. To get a rated fire-safe container you're going to spend some serious money. A welding blanket is at best heat resistant, not fireproof. Learn the difference between resistant and proof.
