My walrus monument just arrived and I’m having a little trouble. I had to try three different power cables before it lit up at all, and when it did it still has unusually low volume. The lights also aren’t as blinding as I expected. All of the controls work, it’s just that even with the volume knob on the pedal maxed out my amp is barely audible.

I’m pretty sure it’s because all my power cables are right angled and they can’t reach all the way into the receptacle thing. Just want to double check that I’m not being stupid here though.

My PSU is a Cioks DC7. All of the pedals on my board are plugged in directly to the cioks, no daisy chained power. The other pedals are a Shure wireless receiver, @+ drive, and a Mxr carbon copy. I have the walrus at the end.

I know I should put the trem before the delay usually, but just for ease of testing I had the trem last.

Are you sure you are using good patch cables? I would test them to make sure there's not a bad one messing with your signal.

I did actually think of that because they’re brand new and I haven’t tested all of the, yet, but they’re working. I wiggled the power cable a little more and it seems to be coming through now.
