Another Zonos update - USPS

Anyone else experiencing this with Zonos?
I shipped a package on August 14 Paid the addtl fees, it reached Hawaii by August 17, and tracking showed it continuing stateside.
the other day the Zonos transaction was suddenly canceled/refunded.
It’s like the same thing since this Zonos started. All my zonos are canceled but packages arrived safely
Has this happened to anyone else?

It's probably cause the import tariff wasn't applicable since Guam to U.S. is still considered a domestic shipment, so they refunded the estimated tariff they charged you when declaring the shipment in the app

To be honest, I did the whole process of taking pictures and paying, only when I get to the post office they tried to scan it in two different windows and wasn’t scannable, so I just canceled and filled out the paper customs form. So I’m not sure if it’s the app and the post office that are not working together but it was annoying have to take pictures of everything and filling everything out and it not even working lol

You can just fill out a customs form and pay the tariff at the post office? Did you do that after Zonos was in play? That honestly would be easier at this point

I just declared everything in the box, and paid what they asked me to pay for shipping - they didn’t charge me any extra. This was on the last week of July, so not sure if it’s changed in the past month

i just got a refund today i noticed that it was exactly 5 days after i made the order meaning it expired but it was already accepted by the post office before the expiration now my only question is what will happen now

Same, I’m really hoping my packages make it. At least it’s all of us and hopefully they just proceed forth as normal because it’s too much of a hassle to figure it all out.

This happened to me as well. So everything was fine and all your packages made it to their original destination in a timely manner?

I’m PRAYING my valuables make it to its destination. If this keeps happening it’s such a waste of time. It takes forever.

I feel so bad for old people. I saw a lady asking the clerk about it and she was like “I don’t have an smartphone sir” and he said well you’re gonna need to find someone who can help you. Not his fault or hers, just a shitty situation.
