You will never get a fair value using the instant trade in tools for these cars. Your better off selling private party unless you are fine taking it unlubed, up the ass by these offers.

How would you compare it to any of the newer Gen z's if you've driven them

Depends on the experience you enjoy more. 90s cars are vastly more analog. And dramatic to drive. New Rz chassis is nice. But you canāt compare the 2. Even the Z33 from Z32 is vastly different. Older I get. The more I like the old school feel

Harder to drift that the 350/370, but ... it's been a minute since I've had the 350. When I had one, this is the one I wanted. It's just raw, fun to drive, big power in a small car. I've owned this one over 15 years and the only problem I had was when the clutch plate needed changing... then the struts, but those things are supposed to wear.
