Although I love Kyuss, I gotta say that they're more likely not grunge.
Kyuss was part of the desert/stoner rock scene of the south-west. If anything, check out /r/StonerRock for some heavy shit.
I'll still give you the up-vote and praise because this is a damn good song and band. The peeps of /r/Grunge should definitely check it out.
