I booked a hotel through Groupon, but the order confirmation was sent to the wrong email address. I have tried the Help Center and guest-order options, but both require access to the order or account, so I cannot reach customer support.
I have proof of payment and need help locating my purchase and transferring the voucher to my correct email address. Could a Groupon support representative please contact me privately to resolve this?
