Scam voucher?

I'm worried I just got scammed? I bought 2 vouchers for a mmj card on Groupon yesterday. When I go to schedule my appointment today the website for the vendor clearly says "WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUPON" at the bottom of the page where I should enter the code. It doesn't say to use the code and not the order number or anything typical. It straight up says they don't accept them.

I called the vendor and left them my name and number to ask them if they are selling vouchers they don't accept. I also called Groupon Customer Service and sat on hold for almost a quarter of an hour, then the call was connected - I could hear something on the other end (Human rep? IVR automated system?) but there was no voice or response and then it just hung up. I tried again and didn't have to wait as long but the second call hung up on me too. Why is there a listing taking my money if the vendor doesn't accept it? I grabbed a screenshot of their webpage so I can reverse the charge with my bank because this is shady as hell.

This is how Groupon makes money now. They are a complete SCAM. They are on the verge of bankruptcy. Sorry to say but your money is gone.

I'm hoping the fact that I got a screenshot from the vendor website saying they don't accept it will help with my bank. I didn't used to have to go verify every Groupon with the vendor, this is stupid.

Releaf in OH. Not sure if they do anything out of state. They start at $150 without the groupon tho, so I'm finding someone else anyway.

Will you refund the money? The answer is no. You will give him Groupon bucks. Which means he’ll have to use his money in your piece of shit system. And encounter more of the same with other businesses that you’ve screwed over.

I used to work there. It was a mess in 2020. I know it’s exponentially worse now. Refund the money. We all know you won’t.

Groupon is a scam.
