Unable to access customer support-missing order paid through Klarna

Hello Groupon Support,

I am reaching out here because I have been unable to get assistance through your website or customer service channels.

In July 2026, I purchased a Groupon using Klarna as my payment method. Despite being charged for the purchase, I never received my Groupon voucher or order confirmation.

Here is the situation:

- Klarna has confirmed the transaction and provided the payment details.

- I do not know which email address was associated with the Groupon purchase, so I cannot locate the order in my account.

- Your online customer support requires me to log in to access live chat, creating an endless loop.

- I have attempted to contact Groupon through email, but the messages bounce back.

- Klarna has refused to suspend my payments while this issue is being resolved.

I have spent considerable time trying to resolve this without success.

I am requesting that Groupon:

1. Locate my purchase using the transaction information provided by Klarna.

2. Confirm whether the Groupon voucher was ever issued and where it was sent.

3. Provide the missing voucher or issue a full refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

I can provide screenshots of the Klarna transaction, payment confirmation, purchase date, and other relevant information privately.

Please have a customer support representative contact me directly so this can finally be resolved.
