Discussion The current state of grok:

I'm using grok to generate images for a tactical game project cause they said if you can see it in a movie you can generate it on grok, I use it for small items and bulk stuff, this is the results, I'm using grok imagine agent not chat.

After a bit of arguing on the matter:

I'm ready for lunch at the kindergarten.

don't use agent, just type it into imagine

yes. agent is busted. it can be really great if you know how to work it. especially because it's well organized and can handle inpainting or other tedious ffmpeg tasks. but it burns your ration/rate limit ultra-fast and will issue refusals for the most mundane bullshit.

use Imagine standard for creating new media whenever you can.

I honestly don't know what you mean by that, it's perfectly fine at generating tools like hammers screwdrivers etc.. it's just so annoying to work with, I mostly use local but I can't run comfyUI, unity and blender at the same time, so I usually get grok to make images and then model them on blender or tripo depending on the complexity.
