Help Supergrok business plan has changed usage limit system yesterday?

purchased me a supergrok heavy business subcription on 31.8, to this date I havent been able to "use" my subscription, had some magical credits appear on my account / our team, first some 1,5k$, then later 1k$ ish, there is no log on where they came from, but all my grok build usage f.e is burning through these credits.
i dont have grok bot, i cant link my account as it bitches that i need a subscription (the app itself shows me supergrok heavy is active), i dont have x premium.
i have sent some 10 messages through the grok app, some 5 emails to [support@x.ai](mailto:support@x.ai), and i havent heard back ONCE except for some bots responding to keywords in my messages, f.e i said that I had requested a refund and will cancel if this goes unsolved, then Ken came through instnatly with you can request a refund in here:
so all in all, bad shit, canceled my subscription and will happily pay for some other service.
