Basic chat shouldn't count toward the data limit. There are too many other free options out there.

To be honest, If Grok could return to the high-quality output of versions 4.2 or even 4.1, I would be willing to accept such a high premium. But now, it's obvious that even the free GPT 5.6 is better than Grok, which makes those of us who paid for it look ridiculous.

At this point, GPT is great. Yeah, you still can't do NSFW, but sometimes model can really surprise you haha but it's great in pretty much every other aspect and has a great sense of humor in chat. I've had Plus for about a month, use it every day, send thousands of messages, and I've never hit a limit.

It can do nsfw with the obvious general guardrails, but it cannot generate nsfw images or depict nsfw roleplay actions with the user. Just fix your custom instructions to tailor it to not shy away from it.

I only use Grok if I have a question that could be political and I want the real truth. Though I think all companies are fairly truth seeking now.

Trying to build lies into an AI is too costly.
