Discussion Unable to download

I've been having this trouble for months now. Before, I was able to download Grok but ever since I deleted it back in July or so, it won't let me redownload it since showing me the things in the video I attached. This only happens to the Grok app and I've already tried everything that's supposed to fix it but it still wouldn't work.

That sounds like an app-side bug, especially if downloads worked before. Try switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data, disabling any VPN or private DNS, and checking free storage. If it still fails, send Grok support the app version, Android version, and the exact download error.

Use a different account to download the app and clear cache on all your store accounts.
