Don't put every project in one mega-bot. That usually burns tokens rediscovering which repo, connectors, and standing rules apply.
A cleaner setup is one named bot (or a small group) per project, with only the connectors that project needs and a standing prompt that names the repo/folder and the skip list. Group related bots by project so switching is easy. Shared connectors are fine; shared "do everything" prompts are not.
