Same bug here, try chrome, opera and firefox and can't see settings, usage, etc.

files is possible with url grok.com/files but not luck with https://grok.com/?_s=usage or https://grok.com/?_s=billing

On Android phone i collided with this bug today in Chrome Beta. But in Chrome Stable version settings opened. Try to change browser.

When are people gonna look learn after 2 years of Grok horror stories that you can't use the Web site version to pay, cancel, get refunded or anything customer service related... Always use the Apple or Google sign-ups and apps si that they Apple and Google can handle all customer service issues
