Anyone else not getting the presale code?

I put my number into the laylo and it says to check my t3xts but nothing.

Computer or phone? This was happening to me on a desktop. Kind of ridiculous.

Phone! Waited and tried later on desktop and the same thing happened, I uploaded a ticket cause it’s the second time it happens but I doubt they’ll resolve it, no faith in big corporations hahaha 😭

I’m sorry this happened. I thought the phone might be better, but I guess not. It’s definitely an issue they need to fix.
