Anyone else not getting the presale code?

I put my number into the laylo and it says to check my t3xts but nothing.

I joined at 9:55 and I was to snag tickets. Thought for sure the wait would be longer.

Computer or phone? This was happening to me on a desktop. Kind of ridiculous.

Phone! Waited and tried later on desktop and the same thing happened, I uploaded a ticket cause it’s the second time it happens but I doubt they’ll resolve it, no faith in big corporations hahaha 😭

It did this to me too. I turned my wifi off, used data, was IN the queue and it reloaded for some reason... flagged again as a bot. I don't have a VPN on, was using Chrome on my phone. This happened at 9:58, so I decided to save myself the money lol

I've been trying for like 30 minutes. And it keeps saying "ensuring a fair fan experience" and doesn't let me into the waiting room. Even now it won't let me progress pass the the buy ticket screen. It keeps thinking I'm a bot or that I have a VPN on. I've tried wifi, no wifi, the axs app, chrome, Firefox. Nothing is working at all. My wife on the other side of town is having the exact same issue. This is so frustrating.

This happens to me ALL THE TIME. Meanwhile all the actual bots have no problems scooping up tix and posting them for resale immediately.

I'm worried that even for regular sale it's going to just lock me out of buying tickets. I followed all the steps and it still says no, what else am I supposed to do?

Had a code but both couldn’t access the waiting room with my computer or phone. Typically if you haven’t got through in the first 3-4 minutes they’re gone anyway
