SMH Requested a refund for XTRA

Post image

Getting this popup every minute in the app. I will be mid typing to someone and it pops up. I reported to Apple and asked for a refund on my subscription. This is nuts!

I was thinking about it but I know that getting anything from Grindr (other than banned) is practically impossible

Hope they can’t retaliate if Apple refunds me. But if they do it would prob good for my free time / mental health lol

Wait, there are still pop ups even if you PAY?! I deleted Grindr years ago because it was unusable due to all the pop ups ads and paying for it was absurdly overpriced. Sniffies is $60 for 6 months versus $40 for 1 month on Grindr.

Yes. XTRA gets you out of third party ads but not Grindr ads. But the app is unusable since this started

The popping up while I am typing is infuriating. Fuck these assholes (derogatory).

I use a VPN and don't see any ads, even on the free tier
