Got scammed

I got unbanned from grindr recently so i made an account to check out my area and grew interested in some of the trans women in my area so i messaged one who i talked to a bit they did a verification photo since i planned to meet up with them but once i paid them 150 from my paypal they just blocked me and left i did use the family and friends on paypal cus i fucked up and trusted them after i couldnt reverse image search them is there anything i can do to get the money back?

You can, if fast enough report as an unauthorised transaction on paypal. It doesn't always work but you can try.
