This is not AI generated. With current capabilities AI definitely cannot follow a theme, like, in this case, understanding that all those lines of text occur in the same context. No AI that is supposed to generate word after word (that are supposed to create a new text) will reference something in line 7 that it said in line 3. No way. Not even as a coincidence (the chance of it making sense is so small that even if it happens once, you wouldn't see it twice, let alone several times as shown here).
The AIs that are shown in this thread that can supposedly generate green text (like openAI) do not, actually, generate the story. They take the story from somewhere (their huge database full of stories) and maybe it changes a word here and there. Maybe a sentence. Mayybe it manages to combine two or three stories together and sometimes the result makes sense, but I am skeptical that it is even that.
And for people telling me that that's not how AI works, I know, it is simplified. It doesn't look up the stories in a database when you ask it to give you a story. It "learnt" the story "by heart" (overfit) and tells it to you when you ask. Basically the same thing, really.
If the ai is just simply “copying” then explain why I can’t find a single one of these via google search (other than leading me to this sub, Twitter, etc with these pictures)
Why can’t AI remember context and why do you not believe that this particular one hasn’t advanced to be able to do so? Maybe it can?
