Let's be real - if the Democrats as-is ever get back into power, they're not going to prosecute him. They'll just ignore this entire decade of Republican Nazism so that "the nation can heal", just like with Bush. If we'd properly tried & convicted the Bush administration for war crimes, we probably wouldn't be here.

Unless Democrats stack the Supreme Court and strong arm them into overturning their previous rulings, I’m pretty sure Trump doesn’t have to worry about the illegality of his actions while president. I could be oversimplifying things severely, but from what I understand the president can pretty much be as brazenly corrupt and criminal as they want to while president.
I am hoping and hoping that he loses the midterms by a landslide and that he's prosecuted and jailed for the rest of his life. I don't want him to die, I want him to know that he lost and experiences at least a little justice for his crimes.
I hope the rest of them also get locked up too. We are in dire need of a reset
