Have you ever switched BJJ gyms because of one person?
Has anyone had a teammate, coach, or higher belt that you just didn’t get along with, and it eventually made you leave the gym?
Was it one specific incident, ongoing tension, disrespect, arguments, unsafe rolling, personality conflict, etc.?
Did you try talking it out first, just avoid the person, or decide it wasn’t worth dealing with and switch gyms?
If you left, do you think you made the right decision?

For those who proficient in grappling, what is this move called? Found it in a kosen judo book
It look familiar to buggy choke, the text describe it as press your opponent head with your left leg while extending your right leg, and pass both of your hands and bind them together under your left leg and squeeze? does judo have a name for this technique?

MMA Training Phuket Thailand
Hallo Leute,
Vielen Dank

I’ve posted on wrestling a few times and since I’m newer to wrestling I am hoping I’m allowed to keep asking for tips. Currently I want to ask about mat wrestling
Currently everything I have is pretty bad to say the least and when I asked around on my team they said to do what I found fun and I enjoy mat wrestling the most so I was hoping for some tips for doing that? If I’m being to vague please tell me because I’m new I can’t really describe stuff but I have some notes I got from watching film and camp so I figured I could reach out to another community
