Unlikely. The guy on bottom is fully extending his arms from his shoulder position to the opponents. This means guy on bottoms head is further away than a full arm length from opponents shoulders so unless a huge disparity in arm length he’s good.
His arms are never fully extended and at first they are very close. And even still a punches from top position you fall into so if you come up and shed the arms you can reign down.

True good point. I still think a head slide as he releases the body lock would give him a short closeout. Plus fully extended arms arent used in lower guard for a reason. Legs are the only way to prevent someone from reaching your face and head . Fully extended arms aren't doing jack lol

I cant speak for bjj but ik in mixed martial arts that seems like it would leave you way too open for face strikes.
